We want MedLogs.io to be fair, transparent, and comfortable to use. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

1. General provisions

This Refund Policy governs refund terms for paid features or subscriptions of MedLogs.io.

2. Refund period

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. To do so, you need to:

  • contact support
  • provide the email used for the payment
  • briefly describe the reason for the request

3. Refund conditions

Refunds are possible if:

  • the service did not work or worked with significant limitations
  • the paid feature was unavailable or incorrect
  • the payment was made by mistake

We review each request individually and aim for a fair decision.

4. Limitations

Refunds may be limited or not possible if:

  • more than 14 days have passed since payment
  • the feature has been fully used
  • the payment was for one‑time services or bonuses already activated

5. Refund method

  • Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment
  • The crediting time depends on the payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days

6. Beta status

Please note that the service may be in beta. We openly inform you about possible feature limitations and will announce paid features in advance.
